Job Title: Facilities Support - Technical Operative

Pay Rate: $22+ per hour

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7am-4pm

Summary:

Do you have a knack for fixing things and an interest in launching a career in technical maintenance? We're seeking a hands-on, detail-focused Facilities Support team member to assist with the maintenance and operation of various equipment and smart storage systems. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to keeping systems running smoothly. Note: This is a hands-on operational role-not related to IT, helpdesk, or software support. It involves physical inventory, customer interaction, and coordination-not coding or technical troubleshooting.

Primary Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, including both hardware and software-related problems.
  • Replace faulty components to restore full functionality.
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections to avoid breakdowns and ensure peak performance.
  • Keep accurate records of service schedules and maintenance logs.
  • Set up and relocate equipment as needed.
  • Track and manage spare parts and maintenance tools inventory.
  • Receive, verify, count, and organize incoming stock.
  • Pick and pack customer orders within required timeframes.
  • Deliver items to designated areas as necessary.
  • Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Use digital systems to complete various operational tasks.
  • Meet project deadlines and complete assigned tasks on time.

  • Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled at managing priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
